"Shadow" - 3D Assets and Concept Art
"Shadow" (working title) is a third-person puzzle game in which a fractured being attempts to reclaim pieces of themself that were scattered throughout a ravaged landscape. Plagued by mangled entities and hostile terrain, the player must overcome obstacles while staving off the looming threat of the Remnant Devourer.
Development is currently paused, but I was able to aid the art direction and finalize quite a few game assets beforehand.
Buildings & Environments:

Ruined house asset, experimenting with herringbone brick texture alphas

Flora & Fungi:

Tree concepts

Fungal structure concepts

Low-poly bush assets from textures hand-painted in Photoshop

Dead tree assets, sharing one texture set

Modular Textures & Assets:

Basecolor layer of the scalable herringbone brick material, used for the modular walls on each level

The normal and height information were baked from brick sculpts and further randomized in Substance 3D Painter.

Mossier, slimier version of the herringbone brick material. I often paint in Photoshop to finalize a Substance workflow.

Variations of a stone floor texture, meant to complement the grid movement system

Low-poly modular wall and pillar assets
